On-going Staff Training
Here at ECS, staff training and the opportunity to learn and expand is important. The dormant stage of the season, especially at the beginning of year, is a perfect time to enrol staff members on training.
Both our Director Chris and Senior Surveyor Matt are currently taking a training course on the introduction to public procurement and bid writing, along with writing compelling bids. Whilst our senior operative Craig has carried out a forestry training course.
Our newest operative Jack passed his CSCS first time – well done Jack!
ECS also offer CPDs (continued professional development) for other companies who are interested developing their knowledge on Japanese Knotweed and other invasive weeds. Both Matt and Lilli have carried out office based presentations over the last few months for large surveying corporations.
